The OC Office of Education, in partnership with CDE, CSP, WestEd, and CSTA, is presenting a Next Generation Science Standards Rollout Symposium for teachers and administrators of grades K-12 from 8:00am-4:30pm on 22 and 23 May 2014 at the Hilton Long Beach & Executive Meeting Center. Districts and schools are encouraged to bring teams to the event to learn more about the standards, performance expectations, connections with CCSS, lesson explorations, action plans, and more.
