Students in 10th or 11th grade in Los Angeles County are eligible to apply for one of 24 Ignite Science Awards. Funded by the Durfee Foundation, successful applicants can participate in an all-expenses paid Earthwatch expedition. In addition to the application, two teacher nomination letters are required.
