Microsoft's "Imagine Cup 2012" three team competitions related to software design, game design (XBox/Windows and Phone categories), as well as an individual IT competition are now available for high school student participant sign-up. Deadlines for each of the categories, as well as the Windows Azure and Windows Phone Challenges, are set beginning 26 January 2012 (some categories in February and March). There is a three-year $3million competitive grant program in place to help competitors bring their ideas to fruition.
